What makes Kiddie Kips bamboo pajamas great for sleep?
They're made from our Signature Mridu Bamboo Viscose, which is naturally thermo-regulating, moisture-wicking, and breathable. The same pajamas keep your little one cool in summer and cozy in winter, so they sleep comfortably all year.
What are the bamboo pajamas made of?
They're made from a blend of 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex, so they're buttery soft, breathable, and stretchy. That gentle stretch moves with your baby and helps the fit last as they grow.
What pajama styles and features do you offer?
We offer two-piece PJ sets (a top and pants that can be worn together or apart) and one-piece zip pajamas. The one-piece styles have a two-way zipper, so you can unzip from the bottom for quick diaper changes, and sizes from newborn to 9-12 months add fold-over mittens that protect delicate skin from accidental scratches.
Are Kiddie Kips bamboo pajamas flame resistant?
No, and that's intentional. Our bamboo pajamas are snug-fitting sleepwear that's never treated with flame-retardant chemicals. A snug fit meets children's sleepwear safety rules, so just follow the size chart for the right fit.
How should I size the pajamas, and will they last as my child grows?
Check the size chart on the product page and choose the snug fit that matches your child's measurements, since snug-fitting sleepwear is both safer and more comfortable. Our one-piece pajamas come in sizes from newborn to 18-24 months, and bamboo's natural stretch gives you longer wear as your child grows.
Are bamboo pajamas good for sensitive skin or eczema?
Yes. Bamboo viscose is naturally hypoallergenic, silky, and gentle, so it's a favorite for babies with eczema or sensitive skin. Our fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified, which means every component is tested free from harmful substances.
How do I wash the bamboo pajamas?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with a phosphate-free detergent and like colors, then line dry or air fluff. Skip fabric softener, and wash them away from zippers or hardware that could snag the fabric.
